 EAL HANDBOOK

English proficiency or fluency is not a pre-requisite for enrollment at GWA. Students who are beginning

or not yet proficient in the language are supported by the EAL (English as an Additional Langauge)

program. EAL is available to students in KG2 to Grade 10. GWA-Dubai is committed to providing

specialist EAL teachers, as well as training in EAL strategies for all GWA homeroom teachers.
